Pretty beat up from yesterday but not too bad.

Light weight but I have a feeling my hamstrings will kill tomorrow. Probably because they hurt already.

Terrible. These need a lot of work.

  1. I think you should drop the KB Rows in favor of BB rows. Pendlay style, but tap the ground, no pausing. Use straps if you have to. Don't short your back because of your grip. You're going to do farmer's walks anyways. Also add curls on this day
